Returns

Returns Policy

To be eligible for a refund, you must request a return by contacting us via email at info@shalimarfashions.co.uk. On receipt of your email, we’ll send instructions on how to send your return to us.

Any unwanted items must be returned to us within 28 days of delivery for non sale items and within 14 days of delivery for any sale items.

The returned items must be in their original, in saleable condition, with all labels & tags intact and must be in their original packaging.

Shalimar Fashions will only refund the value of the item(s) paid and not any delivery charges or costs.

Return Charges:

The customer is responsible for all charges related to returning the goods, except in the case of faulty items, where we will bear the return cost as per your statutory rights.

Faulty items:

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, you’ll need to contact us with 5 working days of receipt at info@shalimarfashions.co.uk, with full details of the fault.

Please note the items must be unused and unworn; if the item becomes damaged or faulty after wear, we will not be responsible, and will not accept the return.

Non-Returnable Items:

The following items are excluded from our Returns Policy, unless faulty:

● Personalised items
● Any Jewellery
● Underwear/Undergarments for hygiene reasons.
● Items marked as non-refundable in the item description

Refund Processing Time:

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of the company receiving the returned items.
